“Nancy Wheeler, possessed by the Mind Flayer, abducts lifeguard Heather Holloway and delivers her to the Brimborn Steel Works. Heather awakes, confused and scared, but that fear is nothing compared to the horror she feels when the Mind Flayer shows itself. Her pleas to the possessed Nancy fall on deaf ears, and she is swiftly devoured by the Mind Flayer—followed closely by the willing Nancy herself—with one goal in mind: to become one, and grow ever stronger.”
